FIRST POST!
Firstly, we will introduce ourselves. We are Landon Arnold's interns for the Fall 2010 semester. I'm Gillian Rhodes, typing this savory blog that we know you crave! Aiding me blog is Carolina Linehan.
Here's a brief recap of last weeks photoshoot in Driftwood, Texas and San Marcos, Texas. We shot Scottie and Deanna, models from the Wilhelmina Brown's model agency. The shoot began at 7:00am on a scenic cattle ranch in Driftwood. We switched locations to the San Marcos River and called it day around 12:00pm.
For the photoshoot that took place on the ranch, a western style was explored. The models wore ten gallon hats and boots along with plaid shirts and bluejeans. It was a successful shoot to say the least.
For the second half of the day, we focused on swimwear by the beautiful San Marcos River. Deanna modeled an elegant grey lace bikini by Linda Asaf & Scottie chatted with some enthusiastic kayakers on location.
By the end of the day, Gill's memory card was filled and Lina ran out of film. Landon got away with a whopping 600+ photos.
After the shoot we experimented with photoshop and creating watermarks.
